BIO 26| Common Knowledge: Opening of the 26th Biennial of Design

Guests will be welcomed by the director of MAO Matevž Čelik, the curator Thomas Geisler and assistant curator Aline Lara Rezende. Petra Culetto, State Secretary at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia, will officially open the biennial.

During BIO 26| OPEN KNOWLEDGE NIGHT from 7 to 10 pm, you are invited to visit all the commissioned projects at partnering institutions of the biennial around Ljubljana.

BIO 26| UNDERGROUND MUSIC HALL, a presentation of independent Slovenian music labels with alternative means of sharing content, starts at 9 pm at the Ajdovščina Underpass. Streamarnica will be represented by Emkej and Muzičari, DJ Borka will be featured by the rx:tx label, followed by Kamizdat's Shekuza, Lifecutter and VJ 5237.
