This event/celebration will serve to formulate and transfer knowledge through a multiplicity of modes of ingestion, a metaphorical beginning for the biennial itself. Bread is one of the most ancient containers of knowledge: a repository of data, a cultural imprint of a landscape that is protected and passed on throughout generations. Knowledge that is quite literally within us all.
